1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 9p999 ("9p999," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 9p999 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the 9p999 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or participating in any game or wagering activity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

9p999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on 9p999, you must register a single account using your valid Philippine mobile number. Each player is permitted only one account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. 9p999 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration and to suspend accounts pending verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits. All deposits to your 9p999 account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 9p999 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the platform from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed on the platform at the time of withdrawal request. 9p999 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of request approval; however, processing times may vary due to factors outside 9p999's control, including payment provider processing delays.

Verification. 9p999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. Players are required to cooperate fully with verification requests. Withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Currency. All transactions on 9p999 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds are distinct from your real-money balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 9p999 content without the prior written consent of 9p999.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9p999 shall not be liable for:

9p999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 9p999 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
